Immanuel Communities is seeking a Assistant Retirement Living Consultant to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. 

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The overall purpose of this job is to serve as the backup to the Senior Retirement Consultant and contribute to meeting or exceeding community occupancy by working as a team to network, market and follow the Immanuel sales process with prospective residents and/or their families. The responsibilities of this job also include professionally representing Immanuel Communities in outreach to referral sources to build community awareness and relationships.

Skills & Requirements

Associate’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field.

One (1) year of experience in building and managing relationships in consultative sales, public relations or related industry is required.
