Immanuel Communities is seeking a Regional Culinary General Manager to work at Immanuel Home Office, located at 1044 North 115th Street, Omaha, NE 68154, as well as assigned senior communities or centers in the Omaha metropolitan area. You will set the standard for the meals we serve and develop the culinary teams behind them. This position requires working on premises.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The Regional Culinary General Manager leads daily operations across every dining venue in an Immanuel community, front and back of house, and supports additional communities as assigned. Working alongside the home office culinary team and all business lines, you will deliver on our food and beverage goals. You will coach and develop your teams, drive financial performance, uphold food safety and compliance standards, and ensure the highest level of satisfaction for residents, guests, and employees. Supports and lives out Immanuel’s Mission and CHRIST Promises.

Skills & Requirements

Education-

• Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or trade/ vocational school degree in Culinary Arts is required.
• Advanced certification or degree in Culinary Arts is desirable.
• Equivalent years of experience may substitute for education requirement.

Experience-

• Three (3) years of experience as a chef is required, with executive chef experience preferred.
• One (1) year of managerial experience is required.
• Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.

Other Requirements –

• BLS Certification required
• ServSafe certification is required.
• Food Handler certificate is preferred.
