The overall purpose of this job is to assist the Executive Chef in providing residents the best possible dining experience. The primary responsibilities of this job include creating recipes for and the baking of breads, pies, candies, chocolates, cookies, cakes, ice creams, custards and other baked goods. The incumbent will assist with managing inventory, menu planning and overseeing the kitchen in the absence of the Executive and Sous Chefs. Supports and lives out Immanuel’s Mission and CHRIST Promises.
