The overall purpose of this job is to ensure that end users receive appropriate, targeted training regarding the use and function of Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications through ensuring that training reference materials are operationally appropriate and providing periodic direct on-site Level II support. This position periodically audits through direct observation and record review the use of the system to ensure that workflow data elements are captured to ensure compliance with state and federal reporting requirements. This position ensures security and access control of all staff with EHR access to ensure that the proper positioned staff is given appropriate access to Protected Health Information (PHI) or confidential information.
