The overall purpose of this job is to prepare food to the satisfaction of residents and create an exceptionally satisfying dining experience for residents. The responsibilities of this job include planning and preparing daily meals, budgeting, and overseeing the hiring, training, and recruiting of kitchen and dining room staff.
