Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part time Lead Server to work at Trinity Village located at 522 West Lincoln Street, Papillion, NE  68046.  Trinity Village has 40 independent living and 30 assisted living apartment homes. Must be at least 16 years old to be considered for this position and available to work some weekdays 3:30pm to 6:30pm and weekends 7:00am-1:30pm (total of approximately 20 hours/week). 

 

This position will pay up to $17.03/hour (straight pay/no tips).  Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of this job include assisting the management team with new employees training and helping implement our company policies and cleanliness of our dining rooms. Also working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime and nighttime shifts. Prepares tables for meals, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents’ needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers are completing tasks. Facilitates a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community.

 

Skills & Requirements

One (1) year dining room serving experience is required.

Minimum age of 16 years old required.
