Immanuel Communities is seeking a Maintenance Tech-HVAC to work at Trinity Village located at 522 West Lincoln Street, Papillion, NE  68046.  Trinity Village has 40 independent living and 30 assisted living apartment homes.

The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm; with on call every 4th week rotation also occasional weekends and holidays when needed.  

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The overall purpose of this job is to keep the facility’s utilities in working order. The responsibilities of this job include repairing and maintaining the facility’s mechanical systems and equipment, including heating systems, cooling systems, appliances, plumbing, and emergency power.

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Two (2) years of maintenance technician experience is required.

EPA certification is required.

Certification in Trade HVAC/Electric/Plumbing is required.

Valid driver’s license with own dependable transportation
