Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Full Time Days Community In-Home RN to work at Pathways Central Iowa located at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324. You will work with our Pathways participants delivering in-home cares at the participant's personal homes. We reimburse mileage for travel at 70 cents per mile. 

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with on call rotation every 7th or 8th week. 

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Practice Manager and/or Clinical Nurse Supervisor, the Community In-Home RN is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of homecare services for program participants.

Skills & Requirements

Current Registered Nurses License, in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.

Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) preferred

Two (2) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or community based setting; home health experience preferred.
