Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full-time Prep/Line Cook to work at Lakeside, located at 17475 Frances Street, Omaha, NE 68130. Lakeside has been voted “Best of Omaha” in the senior living category for 15 years. It has 89 independent, 49 assisted living and 12 memory support apartment homes along with 18 lofts. This position will be responsible for batch cooking soups, features, and general production. Must be available and flexible to work various shifts to include 8:30am to 4:30pm and 10:30am to 7:30pm, including weekends and holidays. 

This position will pay up to $18.77/hour.  Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of this job include all types of food preparation, including but not limited to baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking; and cleaning the kitchen. Additionally assists in any duty as needed in the kitchen area

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

One (1) year of culinary experience is required.

Minimum age of 19 required for this position.
