Immanuel Communities is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The overall purpose of this job is to coordinate exercise and wellness activities for the assigned community. The responsibilities of this job include developing, planning, scheduling, staffing, overseeing, and leading wellness activities and programs.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science is required.

One (1) year of wellness program coordination experience is required.
