Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Full time Days Receptionist to work at Pathways Central Iowa located at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324.

 

The schedule for this position is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. 

 

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

The overall purpose of this job is to serve as the first point of contact and first impression for all who enter the PACE site. Responsible for recording daily participant occupancy, evacuation protocols and monitoring internal security systems during hours of operation. Provides support to Administrative Assistant and Center Director.  Receives and directs all phone communication and assists with internal communication to staff, participants, families, and visitors as directed.

 

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Two (2) years of general and related experience in a receptionist, customer service or related job.

One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.
