Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Maintenance Technician PACE to work at Pathways Central Iowa located at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324. 

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The overall purpose of this job is to ensure that the PACE Centers’ building systems are in top-notch operating condition and to provide excellent customer service to Pathways staff and participants. The responsibilities of this job include providing maintenance as well as taking preventative measures in all areas of the PACE Center’s structural, electrical, and plumbing systems; medical call, security, and access control collaborative components; and to support Center staff in daily operations.

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Two (2) years of maintenance experience is required.

EPA Universal Refrigerant handling certification or ability to obtain.

One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.

Valid driver’s license with own dependable transportation.
