What You Will Do
The Director of Pre-Construction provides strategic and operational leadership for all pre-construction-related initiatives across Immanuel. The Director of Pre-Construction is responsible for leading and overseeing all pre-construction activities for the company, including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and value engineering for prospective construction projects. This role collaborates closely with the Director of Construction, ensuring that projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The roles supports the implementation of construction plans, processes, policies and procedures for all construction projects with clients, architects, engineers, and internal project teams to ensure accurate, timely, and strategic planning prior to project execution. This leader plays a vital role in aligning pre-construction projects with the organization’s goals, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
