Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking an Administrative Assistant - PACE to work at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with No Weekends or Holidays.
Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do
The overall purpose of this job is to provide exceptional customer service to participants, caregivers, management, and staff, by coordinating communication, scheduling and documentation to ensure the program delivers seamless, high-quality care. The responsibilities of this job include welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, keeping records, coordinating activities, supporting special projects, and maintaining a dependable and efficient workspace.
Skills & Requirements
High school or equivelent is required.
One (1) year of general administrative/secretarial or related experience is required.
Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
Experience with Microsoft Office and EHR Systems preferred.
