Immanuel Pathways PACE®  is seeking a Full Time Days Sous Chef to work at Pathways Central Iowa located at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. 

This position will pay up to $25.00/hour.  Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of this job include all types of food preparation, including yet not limited to baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking; and cleaning the kitchen. Additional responsibilities may be to oversee progress of kitchen staff abilities, kitchen projects or special events, certain aspects of food preparation in the kitchen, inventory management and oversees the kitchen function when the Dietitian is not available.

Skills & Requirements

Two (2) years of culinary experience is required.

One (1) year of culinary experience in a LTC setting is required. 

Certified Dietary Manager or willingness to get it is preferred.
